Inna uses the whole fruit - juice, pith, and insanely ultra floral zest of bearss limes to make this shrub. What results is their most intensely flavorful citrus shrub with the highest content of delicious citrus essential oils (definitely give this shrub a shake before using). You can use this shrub in place of Roses' Lime Juice in classic cocktail recipe.

To make a shrub soda, mix 1 part shrub to 5-6 parts sparkling water.
